Who may use Bag Rally

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, activity under your account, and keeping your sign-in access secure.

Hosting and joining games

Bag Rally helps people discover and coordinate games; it does not organize, supervise, inspect, or guarantee them. Hosts are responsible for having permission to use a location and for clearly describing relevant rules, accessibility, alcohol, smoking, pets, and other conditions. Players decide for themselves whether a person, place, or activity is appropriate.

Use ordinary caution when meeting people, follow local laws and property rules, respect capacity decisions, and leave if a situation feels unsafe. Bag Rally is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services when immediate help is needed.

Acceptable conduct

Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate, defraud, or endanger anyone. Do not post unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or malicious content; probe or disrupt the service; evade access controls or rate limits; scrape personal information; or use residential-address access for any purpose other than attending the approved game.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Bag Rally a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it. You can delete or change some content through the product or by contacting support, subject to safety, security, and legal retention needs.

Moderation and account action

We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve relevant records, or cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably needed to enforce these terms, protect users or the service, investigate abuse, or comply with law. We may act without advance notice when delay could create risk.

Service availability

Bag Rally is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, pause, or end, and third-party services may be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Bag Rally disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for conduct, locations, games, injuries, losses, or content supplied by users. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and interpretation

We may update these terms as Bag Rally evolves. Material updates will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. These terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement for your use of Bag Rally.
